Hubcaps, Center Caps Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping, Delivery and Rates:

a)-Ehubcap.com will have the item ordered prepared, packaged and shipped between 5 to 10 business days after the order have been placed.

b)-USPS Priority Mail® service will be the primarily shipping and method carrier, alternative carriers ( FedEx, UPS will be use at our discretion or at customer request)

c)-Expedited or special shipping methods will be accomodated at customer request

d)-Rates are calculated according to the offical rates registered on the carrier API web systems

The Reason Behind "Restocking Fees"

Preparing, Packaging and Shipping a product ordered involve an important set of resources, that in most of the cases we assume as operation costs, these expenses cannot be increased beyond these circumstances (even though an unintended error is made) and be considered into the operation costs, thus we layout some important policies to define when and how this matter will apply

Restocking Fees and/or Shipping Expenses will apply under the following conditions:

  1. Returns gladly accepted when returned promptly with the sales receipt included RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY

    NO RETURNS ACCEPTED after 7 days elapsed as of the delivery date recorded by the carrier

  2. ON RETURN FOR A REFUND: 19% restocking fees will be collected for product or parts ordered specified as (Used, Used Refurbished or Used Reconditioned to the best of the posibilities and conditions of these discontinued old parts) Customer is responsible for shipping the parts back.

    ON RETURN FOR A REFUND: 23% restocking fees will be collected for product ordered specified as New Stock, New, New Only is returned (in the same package and without being installed) Customer is responsible for shipping the parts back.

  3. ON RETURN FOR A REFUND; the expenses incurred by ehubcap.com for the delivery of the wrong part ordered, will be deducted.

  4. ON RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE: 8% restocking fees will be collected. Customers will pay for the expenses (repackage and postage) incurred on resending the correct part to his chosen destination.

  5. ON RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE, ehubcap.com will refund the postage money spent for a customer to send back item or parts shipped and delivered erroneously by our shipping department. On that event we will resend the correct part at not additional cost to the customer.

  6. ON RETURN FOR INCORRECT ADDRESS, Shipping expenses incurred by the Store will be collected if a wrong address is supplied and the product has to be resent to the customer chosen new destination.

  7. ORDER CANCELLATION FEES; Orders cancelled after the order was placed and processed are subject to a fee of 5% or $3.50 minimum will be deducted of the refund amount to cover credit card processing fees. If the product(s) have been ordered from our suppliers or have been shipped, your cancelled order refund will be subject to all freight and handling charges incurred.

  8. ON RETURN FOR A REFUND or EXCHANGE Shipping Fees charges are not credited.

  9. CONSIDERATIONS When a refund apply, we will issue a credit or to the same credit card used for purchase. If the order was paid by money order, we will mail you a refund money order.
